Specialty Tortes and Simple Cakes

These specialty tortes and simple cakes are sure to be a hit wherever you take them. They are simple, good quality, and extremely delicious!

All of the tortes shown are available in either a 6" cake (6-8 serving size) or an 8" cake (8-12 serving size), except for the Rainbow Torte which is only available in a 6".

Rainbow Torte

Six layers of rainbow-colored cake, buttercream filling and icing, covered in rainbow sprinkles. (Cannot be customized in any way, sold as shown).

Fresh Strawberry (Seasonal)

Layers of sponge cake filled with custard and fresh strawberries, topped with whipped cream.

Plaza Torte

Two layers of yellow cake, filled with vanilla bean custard, iced with a light vanilla bean buttercream, covered with sugar toasted almonds.

Brooklyn Black Out

Four layers of chocolate cake, chocolate silk filling, iced with a creamy whipped fudge, garnished with cherries and chocolate cake crumbs.

Irish Mist

Four layers of chocolate cake, a combination of mint mousse and fudge filling, iced with mint mousse and chocolate pourover.

Cookies & Cream

Four layers of chocolate cake, fudge and cookies & cream buttercream filling, iced with cookies & cream buttercream, topped with Oreos.

Red Velvet

This Southern classic is two rich layers of red velvet cake iced with its perfect pairing of cream cheese icing.

Carrot

Four layers of moist carrot cake that includes shredded carrots, raisins, and walnuts, filled, complimented with cream cheese icing, and covered with crunchy toasted pecans. No items can be taken out of this torte.

Strawberry Supreme

This fruit filled torte has layers of white cake filled with whipped cream and strawberry, iced with whipped topping.

Grand Ganache

Made for the chocolate lover, this cake is made of four layers of chocolate cake layered with creamy white chocolate ganache, iced with chocolate ganache and absolutely covered in chocolate curls.

Baileys Irish Creme

Four layers of sponge cake soaked with simple syrup, filled with a thin layer of chocolate ganache and Baileys Irish whipped crème.

Black Forest

Chocolate cake with layers of creamy fudge and cherries, iced with whipped topping and a chocolate drizzle.

Turtle

Candy Cane (Seasonal)

Available seasonally, this perfect addition to your Christmas celebration has four layers of chocolate cake filled with chocolate silk filling, iced in peppermint whipped icing, and covered with chocolate crunch on the sides.

Caramel Apple Torte

Available seasonally, this fall treat has four layers of white cake filled with apple chunk filling, iced with a caramel buttercream, crushed peanuts on the sides, topped with a wonderfully sticky and creamy caramel pour over.
